This year, the event will take place on December 6-7 at the Bonch-Bruevich Saint Petersburg State University of Telecommunications.

BAFO provides an opportunity for every participant to be heard, so various researchers, educators, graduate students, Master's degree students, undergraduates, communication professionals, and experts in international relations are invited to participate.

The Forum program includes:
